1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Get-Together, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

Get-Together is a marketplace platform that connects customers with event service vendors. We facilitate bookings, handle payments through our escrow system, and provide communication tools. We are not a party to the service agreement between customers and vendors.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a vendor through Get-Together, you agree to pay the total amount specified. Payments are processed through Razorpay and held in escrow until the event is completed. Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on each vendor's profile and our refund policy page.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to provide accurate availability, pricing, and service descriptions. Vendors must fulfill booked services as described and maintain professional standards. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, provide false information, attempt to circumvent our payment system, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Get-Together is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to disputes between customers and vendors. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
